Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services in the buildings of the District Court in Lbork in 2026.2. The subject of the order includes the following facilities of the District Court in Lbork with a total area of 2,930.59 m2, including: 2.1. facility at Plac Kopernika 4 in Lbork (area 1,692.35 m2), 2.2. facility at ul. Przyzamcze 2 in Lbork (area 964.33 m2), 2.3. facility at ul. Ryckiego 3 in Lbork (area 273.91 m2).3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 8 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor and subcontractors to employ people performing cleaning services under an employment contract. These services fall within the scope of Art. 22 1 of the Labor Code, which reads: By entering into an employment relationship, the employee undertakes to perform work of a specified type for the benefit of the employer and under his direction and at a place and time designated by the employer, and the employer to employ the employee for remuneration.5.
