Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in comprehensive cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in PANA's office premises, located in Warsaw at ul. Sienna 73 using its equipment, cleaning products and consumables, and providing the Ordering Party with materials hygiene. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed on the terms and principles specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Description the subject of the order. 4. Employment requirements: Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employs, under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code, at least full-time, at least one person who will perform the activities related to the implementation of this order in the field of cleaning. All persons employed to complete the order will be able to communicate at least in Polish communicative.
