- The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive hospital laundry service, consisting in the reception of dirty underwear, transport, washing, disinfection and supply of pure underwear, and the implementation of the system to identify the assortment using radio waves. The subject of the order wasdescribed in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as OPZ.Hospital underwear, consisting in the reception of dirty underwear, transport, washing, disinfection and supply of pure underwear, and the implementation of the system to identify the assortment using radio waves. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ- description of the subject of the contract2.The contractor will provide the service in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for disinfection and washing processes depending on the assortment, underwear contamination as well as technology and conditions in force in medical entities, in accordance with the Act of 15 April 2011 on medical activities(Journal of Laws 2025, item 450) Astically observing the ordinances and recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector.
