Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of hotel services (accommodation with breakfast) for trainers and participants of courses and schools organized as part of the project entitled Creation and Support for the Operation of the Industry Skills Center at ZSTiOzOI. St. Staszic in Biaymstok.2. The order includes accommodation with breakfast for trainers and school participants. The estimated maximum number of overnight stays during the term of the contract is 752 person-nights, including: 1) up to 72 person-nights in single rooms (for trainers), 2) up to 680 person-nights (places) in double rooms (for participants).3. Key requirements of the Ordering Party: 1) The hotel facility must have a minimum three-star rating (***); 2) The hotel facility must be located at a distance of no more than 5 km from the BCU headquarters. Distance will be measured as the shortest road route (for a motor vehicle) between the address ZSTiOzOI im. S. Staszica, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 57, 15-002 Biaystok, and the address of the Contractor's hotel facility, using a commonly available, free map tool (e.g. Google Maps), as at the date of submission offers.
