Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive washing services, disinfection, drying, magicing, folding, segregating underwear by type and packaging of the assortment, as well as high -temperature sterilization of the operational assortment with the lease of hospital and operational underwear, operating underwear,odzieży ochronnej, transportem dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Choszcznie. Underwear should be labeling in the direct monitoring system of RFID UHF or HF or other equivalent.
2. The setting description and method of order processing contains a contract template,constituting Annex 3 to SWZ and a detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
