Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive laundry services for the Social Welfare Home in (27-400) Ostrowiec witokrzyski, ul. Grabowiecka 7 in 2026 in the amount and form specified in the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ in the period 12 consecutive months of 2026 and in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is of a continuous nature and cannot be satisfied by a single action by the contractor.2. Detailed description of the service regarding the contractor's obligations, the scope of the subject of the order, the obligations of the ordering party and other details are included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Failure to divide the proceedings into honors pursuant to Art. 91 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law results from the fact that the order forms an inseparable whole in technical, organizational and economic terms. Splitting the order could cause excessive technical difficulties and excessive increase in execution and implementation costs services.
