- The subject of the order is the performance of works for the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie Sp. z o. o. comprehensive laundry service with transport and rental of general hospital linen, surgical clothing and the provision of laundry services with transport of general hospital linen which is owned by the Ordering Party for a period of 36 months.
Detailed conditions for the implementation and acceptance of the subject of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
When describing the subject of the order in Annex No. 11, the Ordering Party specified the product range in detail and, in accordance with its needs, also allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers with parameters no worse than those specified by the contracting authority, if the description of the subject of the contract could indicate that the subject of the contract was defined by indicating a trademark, patent or origin. By Equivalent solutions are understood by the ordering party as those that at least meet the requirements specified in the terms of reference and are characterized by technical, quality and operational parameters not worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the order.
