1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive organization of participation and promotion organizationThe Lesser Poland Voivodships during the World Expo 2025 exhibition in Osaka, Kansai in Japan, on August 10-16, 2025 in Osaka, Japan together with the organization and implementation of the departure of representatives of the contracting authority.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ to SWZand it will be introduced as Annex 1 to the Public Procurement Agreement.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement agreement - the contract template and constituteAnnex No. 1c to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model model).
