Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of collection, acceptance, transportation and delivery of postal items and parcels and their possible returns to needs of the Gryfice Commune of the Gryfice Municipal Office in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis, as well as the Act of June 14, 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 572, as amended) and the Act of August 29, 1997, Tax Ordinance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025 pos. 111 from Mon. d.).
