The service is provided with simultaneous settlement consisting in the purchase of wood by the Contractor fuel obtained from the property in question. RozpΕucie Drugie, plots no. 96 and 97. 1) Subject of the order: provision of a comprehensive service consisting in restoring an agricultural plot overgrown with self-seeding trees to a condition enabling it to be restored agricultural use. Service related to service settlement, i.e. purchase by the Contractor of firewood - obtained on the property in question. The contractor issues a service invoice. The ordering party issues a wood sales invoice.2) Location real estate: Lublin Voivodeship, ΕΔczyΕski County, LudwinΓ³w Commune, RozpΕucieDrugie District. Plot no. 96 and 97. Plot ID: 061002_2.0015.96, 061002_2.0015.97.3) Registered area of ββplots: 6.71 ha, including: plot 96 with an area of registration area 1.40 ha, plot 97 with a registered area of ββ5.31 ha.4) As a result of natural succession, the area of ββthe property is entirely covered with self-seeded trees and shrubs (mainly pine and birch as well as bird cherry and spruce, aged approx. 15-25 years)5) The scope of work includes in particular: a) Felling self-seeding trees and shrubs located on the indicated plot. b) Removal of windfalls, scrap and other wood remains. c) Clearing the area - removal of stumps, roots of root systems after felled trees. d) Chipping and shredding wood material (branches, small pieces, logging residues) that must be managed by the contractor at his own expense and risk. e) Deep mulching / possible stump milling - to remove stumps after tree felling. f) Tidying up the area with fallen branches, stumps and other plant waste. g) Removal of plant residues...
