The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the sale of electricity and the provision of its distribution service for the needs of street lighting, buildings and facilities. owned by the Dutw Commune and organizational units of the Dutw Commune for 2026. 2. Estimated energy consumption includes a list and characteristics of facilities for individual tariff groups on an annual basis specified in Annex No. 8 to SWZ.2. Forecasted electricity consumption in the period covered the subject of the order from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is 591,417 kWh and is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given amount.4. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim due to the Ordering Party's failure to collect the estimated amount energy.5.
