Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical service services (hereinafter referred to as: service), consisting in the maintenance and ongoing repairs of photocopiers (hereinafter referred to as: photocopiers) constituting the equipment of police cells and units in the province. Lesser Poland.
2.The contractor will be provided services in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Transport costs should be included in the price of the service, as the Ordering Party will not incur additional fees for this.
3. A detailed description of the number, types and places of use of photocopiers is included in Annex No. 2 to this ToR. Attachment No. 2 is also a price form.
The amounts of maintenance and repairs specified in Annex No. 2 to the ToR cannot be the basis for claims in the event of minor needs. on the part of the Contractor. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at the level of 70% of the amount of assumed maintenance and 70% of the assumed man-hours.
5.The service includes:
1) maintenance and service inspection in the scope of adjustment and cleaning of elements and subassemblies such as: housing, keyboard, optics: including mirrors, lenses, lamp and exposure glass, all rollers, shafts, belts and copier interiors. Maintenance also includes resetting the service counter. These activities should be performed in accordance with the device manufacturer's recommendations;
