Description:
1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311 of the Act
and its implementation will take place by awarding executive orders to Contractors by the Ordering Party for the provision of comprehensive services in the field of providing human resources from the IT industry to perform tasks within the framework ofon projects and works carried out by the Ordering Party under the framework agreement for a period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement by hiring consultants who meet specific requirements and have specific competences and experience.
2. As part of this service, the Contractor will provideprovision of IT services by consultants to and under the supervision of the Ordering Party, will provide HR and payroll services for consultants and will ensure supervision over the implementation of the contract to the extent necessary to ensure the continuity of services provided by consultants.
3.Management of the course of work, outsourcede work and time settlement of the work will be carried out by the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the requirements for IT staff is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
