Subject of the order: "Provision of comprehensive services in the field of towing (transportation) of Vehicles with a GVW exceeding 3.5 tons and Parts and secured property, secured by the Police for procedural purposes, in the area of operation of the Police units of the province. Lubuskie.” 2.CPV code: 50118110-9 Towing services; 50118000-5 Roadside assistance services; 63712000-3 Additional road transport services. 4. The service will concern towing/transportation of vehicles and parts secured by the Police, excluding the cases specified in Art. 50a and art. 130a Act of 20/06/1997 Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 889, as amended). 5. The Contractor undertakes to properly provide the services covered by this contract, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the provisions of the Traffic Law Act road of June 20, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 889, as amended) and implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act. 6. The scope of the subject of the order as part of the contractual remuneration includes the activities described in the SWZ and the draft contract. 7. Performance of the contract will be carried out in stages, as needed by the Ordering Party (number of services depending on events). 8. Detailed requirements regarding the method of order execution, deadline and payment rules are included in the Draft Agreement - Annex 2 to the Draft Application. contracts. 9.
