Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive transformer services on transformer units installed in power stations of the highest voltage transmission network, which constitute the property of the Ordering Party. The term transformer unit should be understood as transfooil transformers belonging to groups I and II, in particular: transformer, autotransformer, regulating transformer, converter transformer, compensation choke or phase shifter.
The subject of the order includes:
1. planned works - performed periodically, included in the Annual Maintenance Plana Technical (PUT), including in particular:
a) diagnostic tests of transformer units,
b) inspections and diagnostic measurements of on-load tap changers and their drives,
c) external inspections of transformer units
2. unplanned work, including in particularresponsibilities:
a) works related to the elimination of operational hazards in a given transformer unit, which are not work related to the removal of failures,
b) performance of special and post-assembly measurements and tests,
c) purchase and replacement of damaged equipment elements of the transformer unit,
d) treatment oleju,
e) oil regeneration,
f) internal inspections of transformer units at the workplace,
g) sealing, washing and anti-corrosion protection of transformer units,
h) rearrangement of transformer units in the power station,
i) replacement of bushing insulators...
