- The subject of the order is the provision of water rescue services, understood as ensuring the safety of people swimming, bathing, staying, practicing sports or recreation in the Chemski Water Park, in particular people using water attractions, and conducting rescue operations on the premises of the Facility, including providing pre-medical assistance to persons staying at the Facility, during the working hours of the Water Park, for a period of 12 months, by persons with appropriate professional qualifications and the scope of duties and responsibilities assigned to them, in accordance with the applicable rules and conditions specified, in particular in: 1.1.
