Providing the concept and design documentation for the Central Pavilion building as part of the investment project entitled: "Construction of the Central Pavilion at the Dr. Anna Gostyńska Wolski Hospital sp. z o. o.....
The subject of the order is:
a. implementation of the Multi-Industry Conceptual Design (hereinafter referred to as: WPK) together with developing, with the participation of the Ordering Party, an investment evaluation form included in the Instrument for the Assessment of Investment Applications in the Health Sector (IOWISZ), the aim of which is to obtain a positive Opinion of the Investment Objective (OCI);
b. preparation of Multi-Industry Design Documentation and obtaining A final and binding Decision on the Construction Permit and the provision of technical consulting services during the public procurement procedure for the selection of the general contractor of the Investment Intended, including:
- cooperation in creating the Specification of Order Conditions, which will include detailed information technical and formal requirements for the works;
- answering questions from potential contractors regarding the substantive area of investment implementation, in particular: the design and scope of work to be performed
-support in assessing contractors' offers in terms of content, in particular verification compliance of the proposed solutions with the design and specifications of the terms of the contract;
-verification of the completeness and correctness of documents submitted by contractors in terms of formal and legal aspects
c. providing author's supervision services, in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025 pos. 418, 1080) in the course of construction works regarding the construction of the Investment Project entitled "Central Pavilion of the Wolski Hospital located at ul. M. Kasprzaka 17 in Warsaw that...
