Description:
1. Scope of the subject of the order:
The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for municipal waste containers in four cars with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tons in the area of the Municipality of Krakow.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
Attention !!!
Everyone the vehicle in which the Contractor will provide the service must be equipped with a GPS device enabling ongoing monitoring of the vehicle's position as well as with a data recording element in the internal memory system (black box). The system in the context of position monitoring and analysis registered data must be compatible with the fleet management system operating at the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to install such a device no later than 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract under penalty of contractual penalties or termination of the contract. in accordance with the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The costs of data transmission and the costs of the GPRS modem will be covered by the Contractor.
2. Place of service:
The place of provision of the service is the Municipality of Krakow (sectors No. I - V) in accordance with Resolution No. LXXI/1044/13 of the Krakow City Council of 10 April 2013 regarding the division of the area of the Municipality of Krakow into sectors in order to organize the collection of municipal waste from property owners and to designate selective collection points for municipal waste, i.e.:
− Sector I covers the area of Districts I, II, III and XIV.
