- 1. The subject of the order is: a) storing in the Contractor's autopsy room the bodies of deceased or killed persons transported at the request of prosecutors of the District Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszow and District Prosecutor's Offices in Rzeszow, for the city of Rzeszow, in Leajsk, Ropczyce, Dbica, Strzyow, acuta. b) lending a room for carrying out autopsies of corpses referred to in point a) by expert doctors in the field of medicine and anatomopathology indicated by prosecutors of the prosecutor's offices mentioned in point a), using the materials, equipment and devices of the Contractor. c) providing technical assistance services in performing autopsies of corpses or examination of corpses.d) lending a room for examination of corpses;2. The Contractor will provide 24-hour access to the mortuary to persons authorized by the Prosecutor's Office to perform the activities specified in section 1.3.
