Description: 1. The order of the Order is the provision of daily and 24-hour meals of patients with the use of back-facilities and equipment owned by the Independent Public Provincial Specialist Hospital in Chełm, including:
1) preparing and delivering meals (diets) for hospital patients taking into account special diets on behalf of a doctor;
2) Distribution of meals in the hospital;
3) receiving and removing vessels from branches, disposal of residues and post-consumer waste;
4) Maintenance: equipment used for distribution and administration of meals, i.e. Bemar trucks, thermoports, trays, vessels and tableware, kitchen, car wash, facilities and affiliate communication strings, elevators for carrying meals.
