- The subject of the fall is removed from the implementation of the obligation specified in art. 39 para on the delivery and care during the transport to: part and school that enabling team realization of rehabilitation and educational occupations, i.e. the Special School Complex w Brzeg, ul. Mossor 4, 49-300, the edge of one student from non-efficiency of intellectual intellectuals living in Namysow (moving on a disability) addresses of the students' residence will be transferred to the contractor after signing the contract. It will be implemented from 01/09/2025 to 26/06/2025. On all school days, in accordance with the calendar of the 2025/2026 school year. 188 days of delivery are envisaged during the implementation of the fall. The contractor, in mind the most expensive time of the students' stay in the podry, is obliged to hang students in the morning (agreed with the parents) to school, and then brings back home.
