1. The subject of the contract is the provision of disinfectant washing service together with the lease of hospital and operational underwear, Protective clothing, transport and comprehensive service for SPWSZ in Szczecin in the location at ul. ArkoΕska 4 and at ul. SokoΕowskiego 11.
2. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to SWZ and in detailed Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and in Annex 1.1-1.7 to SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be an independent public provincial complex hospital in Szczecin with its registered office at ArkoΕska Street 4, 71-455 Szczecin, in the location at ul. ArkoΕska 4 and at ul. SokoΕowskiego 11.
5. The Purchaser does not reserve the obligation to personally perform by the Contractor key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. The contractor may entrust the implementation of other elements (parts) subject of the order to subcontractors. In the event of intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in its offer part of the contract (material ranges), which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide names of possible subcontractors, if they are already known.
