Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of disinfection, disinfestation and rodent control services in real estate managed by Bytomskie Mieszkanie. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.2. Detailed implementation conditions the orders were included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ3. The Ordering Party in connection with Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the exercise of the option right. Justification for not dividing the contract into parts: The contracting authority did not divide the procedure into parts because dividing the contract into parts would pose the risk of excessive technical difficulties and, consequently, excessive implementation costs order, and ultimately, the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order, which could jeopardize the proper execution of the order and be subject to the risk of non-performance of part of the order.
