5.1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive provision of services provided by: The contractor (CONTRACTOR) of qualified personnel - drivers - to operate (drive) bus vehicles owned by the Ordering Party (PKM Jaworzno Sp. z o. o., hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER), on public transport lines operated by the Ordering Party and in other places indicated by the CUSTOMER, justified organization of transport, in accordance with its current needs and applicable standards, in an amount not exceeding 200,000 man-hours of providing bus driving services for a period of 24 months.
The Contractor undertakes to complete the order to provide, for the purposes of implementing the subject of the contract, at least thirty-five drivers per day for the entire duration of the contract, to handle communication tasks, hereinafter referred to as "brigades", ordered by the CUSTOMER according to his needs, in particular: on working days, on working days off from school, selected Saturdays and Sundays and on November 1 (November 1) throughout the duration of this Agreement. The exact number of drivers required on a given day will be determined by the CUSTOMER according to its current needs.
The subject of the contract will be implemented flexibly, according to current conditions the needs of the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER does not guarantee the implementation of the full number of man-hours, and failure to complete the full scope due to the lack of demand from the CUSTOMER will not constitute a basis for do...
