• Providing economic and financial advisory services for road projects, including those implemented in the PPP system, in selected road corridors, i.e.: a) A1 motorway; b) A2 motorway;.... The subject of the order is the provision of consulting services economic and financial nature for Road Projects, including those implemented in the PPP system, in selected road corridors, i.e.: a) A1 motorway; b) A2 motorway; c) A4 motorway; d) other national roads indicated by the Ordering Party during the 24-hour period months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor's tasks will include: 1) ongoing support for the Ordering Party in contractual relations with the motorway concessionaires in the A1, A2 and A4 corridor; 2) support for GDDKiA in the process of taking over the A4 motorway Katowice - Kraków, w in connection with the end of the concession agreement period; 3) preparation of all necessary analyses, studies necessary for the public party to take actions/decisions resulting from the adopted mode of dealing with the concessionaire; 4) analysis financial models; 5) preparation of negotiating positions and participation in negotiations regarding changes to concession agreements; 6) financial assessment of materials provided by the Ordering Party and representatives of other entities indicated by the Ordering Party, incl in particular other public administration bodies and other external advisors of the Ordering Party, with particular emphasis on the need to reduce risks and threats for the Ordering Party, 7) participation in the preparation or assessment of loan agreements, contracts securing financial liabilities, settlement agreements in the event of invalidity of direct agreements between the State Treasury, companies and entities...
