- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of property protection services in the field of electronic anti-theft protection and monitoring of 7 facilities belonging to the City Library in Łodź and the provision of physical protection services for persons and property in the building of the MeMo Media Library of the City Library in Łodź. in the period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 20272. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract template (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ). 3. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires the employment of the Contractor or Subcontractor and further Subcontractors on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities specified in the Description of the subject of the order, related to the execution of the order, the performance of which includes the features of the employment relationship specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), i.e. persons providing services that are subject of the order. The ordering party does not interfere with the number and part-time hours of the persons designated to execute the order.4.
