Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of emergency services. The scope of services includes in particular the following services: 1) accepting reports of failures, removing them or securing failure sites occurring in: electrical installations, networks and central installations heating, cold and hot water, sewage, gas installations, smoke and exhaust ducts and ducts, heating devices and damage to facilities as a result of fire, lightning, explosions and other random events in buildings managed by the Ordering Party and within the premises owned by the Katowice commune in housing communities; 2) accepting reports and immediately informing the person or services responsible for their removal about the occurrence of failures and damages, in particular regarding heating and hot water installations, gas boiler rooms, heat exchangers and emptying septic tanks. 2. Scope of services also includes all activities necessary to perform the subject of the contract not indicated in the ToR but specified in the contract and its annexes. 3.
