Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of access to the System supporting HR, payroll and financial and accounting processes for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, along with related services necessary for full and stable use of the functionality. system, at least in the functional scope declared by the Contractor in the offer and other requirements specified in the tender documentation. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the contract documents 3. The Ordering Party provides option right, under which it reserves the right to order the following scope of order: 1) purchase of additional licenses in the maximum amount of PLN 500,000 gross 2) hours of development work, maximum 1,000 man-hours 3) consultation hours substantive maximum of 1,000 man-hours "Providing an ERP system supporting HR, payroll and financial and accounting processes for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development" The subject of the order is the purchase of access to the Process Management System HR, payroll and financial and accounting for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, along with related services necessary for full and stable use of the system's functionality, at least in the functional scope declared by the Contractor in offer and other requirements specified in the tender documentation. 2.
