Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of an expert service in the field of change management (Lublin Voivodeship). The main goals of the project are:
a) Implementation of organizational changes in public psychological and pedagogical counseling centers, including specialized ones (hereinafter referred to as: PPP), in the province covered by the subject of the contract,
purpose.
2) The scope of the order includes the provision of expert services in the number: 180 hours, average 5 hours/month,
3) As part of the service provided, the Contractor should be:
a) ensure the participation of (1) expert (minimum 2 times/month) in online meetings (with other team members) as part of a team of experts created in a given voivodship (applies to the work of the team within the Lublin Province) under the direction of the head of the expert team in order to discuss the most important issues related to the implemented Change,
b) develop issues and topics set in a team of experts,
c) react on an ongoing basis to emerging issues reported by people conducting trainings, supervises or individual meetings,
d) participate in meetings with specific PPP in order to support the introduced change process.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ;
