The subject of the order is the provision of expert services in the field of the health care system, consisting in supporting the Ordering Party in conducting a minimum of 2 series of meetings (minimum 32 meetings) and a maximum of 3 series of meetings (maximum 48 meetings) with representatives of 16 voivodeships and preparation of a functional model. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), including a description of the minimum requirements, is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The order must be completed in full in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute annexes to the SWZ.
