Providing financial intermediation by contractors consisting in granting and comprehensive loan service for micro, small and medium -sized enterprises as part of the "loan package (mortgage, investment, rotary) from funds from the returns of financial instruments under the Regional Operational Program - Lubuskie 2020"
1. The subject of the contract is the benefit by the selected contractor (also called the "financial intermediary") of the financial intermediation service consisting in the granting and comprehensive service of loans for micro, small and medium -sized enterprises as part of the "Loan Package (mortgage, investment, rotary) from funds from returns financial instruments under the Regional Operational Program - Lubuskie 2020 ".
Contractors from the funds transferred by the Ordering Party will be granted on their behalf, but to the account Ordering Party, loans in accordance with the principles set out in this SWZ and on the basis of contracts concluded with the Employer.
2. The financial intermediary is the Contractor selected under this procedure for awarding 1 to SWZ. The contract template determines the detailed scope of the contractor's rights and obligations.
