The subject of the contract are forest management services as specified in Art. 6 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of silviculture and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting andwood skidding and work in the field of nursery and seed management in the forest nursery in Rogoziniec, harvesting seeds and fruit of the indicated species of trees and forest shrubs, hunting management in OHZ 110, works with mechanical equipment (in the field of soil preparation for regeneration andafforestation, mechanical soil maintenance, mechanical crushing of felling residues) in individual forest districts, providing observer services at 2 fire observation posts, works in the field of meadow and agriculture management in the Babimost Forest District in 2023.
