- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 530, as amended) covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding,nursery and seed farm, to be carried out in the Bolewice Forest District in 2025. Planned start and end date of the contract: 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2025
Detailed conditions for participation in the procedure will be specified in the SWZ.
Package 1 (01 .L.01-03) forestry: Papiernia, Kaliska, Lewice
The subject of the order are forest management services, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding to be performed in the forest districts: Papiernia, Kaliska, Lewice. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding the contractΕ referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the orders referred to in the previous sentence and their size will be specified in the ToR.
