- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, management hunting, meadow and agricultural management, seed production, tourist development of forests, maintenance of stopping places and nature protection to be carried out in the Brzeg Forest District in 2026. Planned start and end date of the contract: 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026.

The subject of the order are forest management services, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist development of forests, maintenance of staging areas, seed production and nature protection, to be performed in the Brzeg Forest District, Rogalice Forest District, and services in the field of hunting management in 2026. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
