3.1. Material scope of the subject of the order
1) The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of breeding and protectionforest, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Chełm Forest District in 2024.
2) The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amounts of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding resulting from Annex nr 2 to SWZ, which consists of:
Appendix No. 2.1. planned size of works;
Appendix No. 2.2. -detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and locations;
Appendix No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;
Appendix No. 2.3.2. the assortment system will acquirewood in forestry;
Appendix No. 2.3.3. list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;
Appendix No. 2.3.4. list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding;
Annex No. 2.3.5. list of items not available for machine extraction;
Appendix No. 2.3.6. information on the optimal wood harvesting technology (potential);
Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest maintenance (weed cutting zones);
Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal performed using a planter;
