- Material scope of the subject of the order 1) The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protectionu, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Chełm Forest District in 2024. 2) The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amounts of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding resulting from Annex No.2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2. detailed scope of work by groups of activities, activities and locations; Annex No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. assortment system for obtaining drewna in forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. list of distances and conditions for skidding wood; Annex No. 2.3.4. list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding; Annex No. 2.3.5. list of items not available for machine acquisition; Annex No. 2.3.6. information on the optimal wood harvesting technology (potential); Annex No. 2.4.1. information on the nature of forest maintenance (weed cutting zones); Annex No. 2.4.2. list of items not available for renewal performed using a planter; 3) Material scopes listed...
