Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber skidding and tourist development, nursery management, seed production and selection, as well as work in the field of tree planting, secondary forest use and maintenance of forest roads, fire access roads and water and drainage facilities to be carried out in the Człopa Forest District in the years 2026-2027.
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and tourist development, nursery management, seed production and selection, as well as works in the field of tree plantings, secondary forest use and maintenance of forest roads, fire access roads and water and drainage facilities resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
Detailed list of forest addresses for 2027. Ordering Party will be provided to the Contractor before the start of work this year, i.e. after approval of the provisional financial and economic plan by the end of the year preceding the next work implementation period.
