3.1. Material scope of the subject of the order 1) The subject of the order are services
scope of forest management as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28
September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act")
including breeding and protection works forest, fire protection, harvesting and
skidding of wood for hunting, meadow and agricultural industries and ongoing maintenance of equipment
drainage works, to be carried out in the Dąbrowa Tarnowska Forest District in 2026. 2)
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of breeding i
forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding for hunting,
agricultural meadows and ongoing maintenance of drainage facilities resulting from Annex No. 2
to SWZ, 3) Material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex no
2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards applicable to all
