- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, protection nature, forest fire protection, nursery management and other works to be performed in the JarosΕaw Forest District in 2026. Planned start and end date of the contract: January 2, 2026 - December 31, 2026.
Forest management services in the Czerniawka Forest District
Subject the order covers forest management services, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, forest fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as works remaining to be performed in the JarosΕaw Forest District, Czerniawka Forest District in 2026. The scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total amount of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and forest fire protection resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
