The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber skidding, tourist development of the forest, meadow and agricultural management, tree planting, forest seed production and forest nursery to be carried out in the Kaliska Forest District in 2026.
Package 4 - forestry: Borzechowo, Wirty, Wirty Arboretum, Miradowo Forest Nursery
Subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourism forest development, meadow and agricultural management, tree plantings and forest seed production to be carried out in the Kaliska Forest District in 2026. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services that are the subject of the orders referred to in point 3.7. will not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
