- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber skidding and nursery and seed management, to be carried out in the Kobierz Forest District in 2026.
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and nursery management. and seed resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Specified in Annex no. 3.1. to SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) and in Annex no. 3.3. to SWZ a detailed description of the technology standard for performing works in the field of nursery management (activities) and a detailed description of the technology standard for performing fire protection works in Annex No. 3.5 to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes was not provided for in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to SWZ or Annex no. 3.3. to the SWZ or Annex 3.5 to the SWZ does not apply.
