Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber skidding, renovation and construction of new skidding trails, as well as hunting and meadow-agricultural management in the OHZ, to be carried out in the Komańcza Forest District in 2026.
The detailed scope of work is included in the order documents (Specification of Procurement Conditions - "SWZ" and its annexes).
Range The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, renovations and construction of new logging routes, as well as hunting and meadow-agricultural management in the OHZ resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
Subject scope listed in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates.
Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works, fire protection works, and works with the scope of hunting and meadow-agricultural management (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
