- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of breeding, seed production and forest protection, nature conservation, fire protection, including PAD operation, maintenance of forest facilities, timber harvesting and skidding, and work related to the operation of the Game Breeding Center, maintenance of nesting boxes, meadow and agricultural management, specialized soil preparation for the next year, shredding of residues post-logging, spraying against weeds - to be performed in the Koszęcin Forest District in 2026. The scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of breeding, seed production and forest protection, nature protection, fire protection, maintenance of forest facilities, harvesting and skidding of wood, as well as work related to the operation of the Game Breeding Center, maintenance of nesting boxes, meadow and agricultural management, specialized soil preparation for the next year, grinding of logging residues, spraying against weeds - to be performed in the Forest District Koszęcin in 2026 resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The estimated value of the order includes the basic order, the option right worth 30% of the basic order and the orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law with a value of 50% of the basic order.
