Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of seed production, nursery and tourist development of the forest, to execution in the Kozienice Forest District in 2026. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services that are the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 20% of the value of this order. The planned start and end date of the contract is January 2, 2026. December 31, 2026.
