Description:
1. The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, including skidding routes as well as nursery and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above, to be carried out in the Lesko Forest District in 2026.
Mixed wood harvesting (machine - saw) is allowed.
2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes total the number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, including skidding routes and nursery, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
planned size of works;
-detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and locations;
characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;
sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry;
list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;
- tally positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding;
list of items not available for machine acquisition;
information about the optimal wood harvesting technology (potential);
