- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed and nursery production, protection nature and fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, soil preparation and agrotechnical improvement, and maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure to be carried out in the Lipusz Forest District in 2026. The subject of the order was divided into 6 parts (6 Packages). Planned start and end date of the contract: 02/01/2026 - 31/12/2026. The detailed scope of work is included in the order documents (Terms of Reference and its annexes).
