- 1) The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, tourist development, nursery, seed production, educational activities, hunting and meadow-agricultural management, to be carried out in the Żmigrod Forest District in 2026.
2) The scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total number of works in the field of breeding and protection forest, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, tourist development, nursery, seed production, educational activities, hunting and meadow-agricultural management, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which includes:
planned size of works;
Attachment No. 2.2.1. -detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and locations;
Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the order value for individual works estimated using the Labor Consumption Catalog;
Annex No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;
Attachment No. 2.3.2. sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry;
Annex No. 2.3.3. list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;
Annex No. 2.3.4. list of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding;
