- 1. The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, transport of wood, maintenance of forest facilities, side activities, seed production and nursery, to be carried out in the Oborniki Śląskie Forest District in 2026.
2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, timber transport, maintenance of forest facilities, secondary activities, seed production and nursery resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which includes:
- detailed size of works by activity groups, activities and locations
- valuation of the order value for individual works
characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting
sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry
- tally distances and conditions of skidding wood
list of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding
list of items not available for machine acquisition
