Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, tourist development, tree planting, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery and seed production, to be carried out in the Żołędowo Forest District in 2026.
2) The material scope of the subject of the order includes: the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, tourist development, tree planting, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery and seed production resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which includes:
planned size wash;
Annex No. 2.2.1. -detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and locations;
Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the order value for individual works;
Annex No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;
Annex No. 2.3.2. sorting arrangement of harvesting wood in forestry;
list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;
list of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding;
