The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, forest seed production, selection of forest trees and forest nursery to be carried out in the Oleszyce Forest District
Providing forest management services in the Dzikow Forestry
The subject of the order are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field forest breeding, forest protection, nature protection and timber harvesting and skidding to be carried out in the Oleszyce Forest District in the Dzikow Forest District in 2026. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, harvesting and skidding wood resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
Specified in Annexes no. 3.1., 3.3, 3.5 to the SWZ, detailed descriptions of the technology standard for performing individual forest works, constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the order.
